Juicing

The first juice is simply: apples, celery and lemon.

My roommate made the Veggie-poo into flax seed crackers.

The green juice is: Red Russian Kale, Mustard Greens, Cabbage, Mint, Basil, Asian Pears and Lime. I wanted to take a picture of it, but then drank most of it, we also got new glass straws (which are way better that the plastic ones).

Cabbage was for another recipe, but looked pretty, so I took a picture.

Farm fresh

I have been working at the CSA, and also the farmer’s market on Sunday. Which means lots of fresh local produce. This morning I finally used our juicer, who knew napa cabbage, swiss chard, celery, asian pears, apples and some lemon blended together would taste so good? I thought these peas looked very pretty, so I took a picture.
