The Batu Caves have many little temples where you can have a traditional blessing from high priests. One priest blessed me and said ” very good luck” as he put the powder on me to symbolize the third eye of the lord Shiva.

Batu caves have 272 steps, we took sort of zig zag route because Maggie did not want to be near the monkeys.

We hired a driver to take us to the rainforest.
Just like in the movie Avatar.
This is a special tree, it does not like the other tree to touch it. If they do touch the leaves fall off creating small gaps and interesting patterns.
It was so hot, and we were soaked with sweat. We are wearing our sweaters so that we do get bitten by the mosquitoes.
